Perhaps you spend valuable time and energy comparing yourself to others, feeling jealous, doubting yourself and wondering if you deserve the life you dream for yourself.
Counselling can help clients develop and explore their sense of self. We all have times we lack confidence and do not feel good about ourselves, but sometimes low self-esteem becomes a longterm hardship that can have harmful effects on your mental health, relationships, and everyday lives. Maybe you're struggling with imposter syndrome, constant self-criticism, chronic dissatisfaction, or constantly trying to fix, do, or say the right thing to others. As a your counsellor, I aim to help you gain greater insight into your sense of self-worth while increasing self-confidence, self-compassion, self-acceptance and self-esteem.
